Boomer Kuwanger is a reploid based on a stag beetle. Tall and lanky, Boomber Kuwanger has a pair of stags on his head. His face, legs, upper and bottom torso, and arm cuffs are colored red while his legs and central torso are black. His shoulder blades are colored blue.

Boomer Kuwanger, Sigma and his Maverick Hunters, which include Vile, Spark Mandrill, Flame Stag, and Gravity Beetle, were all sent to an unknown facility where a maverick known as Zero was causing chaos. Fortunately, Zero was stopped by Sigma. The X Factor: Part Two

- Boomer Kuwanger was given two names depending on the video game he appeared; in Mega Man X, he was given the name "Boomer Kuwanger," but in the said game's remake, Mega Man Maverick Hunter X, he was given a slightly altered name "Boomerang Kuwanger."
